Second Chance to Live — Living in the Miracle

Posted by Second Chance to Live on March 25, 2012

Hello and welcome back to Second Chance to Live. I am happy to see that you decided to stop by to visit with me. I want to explore some thing with you today. To start the discussion I want to share a quote with you. This quote helps me to realize that I do not have to rely on myself or my abilities.

When you get to your wits end, you will find, God lives there. ~Author Unknown

In my experience, I have found that when I come to a place where I feel powerless, I realize that I no longer need to feel helpless. Instead, I can surrender and ask a loving God to guide and direct my steps. I can ask a loving God to empower me with the ability to find my way beyond my wits end.

“There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.” — Albert Einstein

In my experience, I have found that as I depend upon a loving God — to guide and direct my steps – I am able to look for miracles. I am able to trust that God is using my circumstances to create another miracle in my life. I am able to trust that a loving God is using each event to guide me to a miracle.

“What we see depends mainly on what we look for.” John Lubbock

In life I have found – through my experience – what I thought was meant for my harm became the miracle that moved me beyond… Beyond where I was to where I am supposed to be. The miracle –disguised in pain — was in reality what helped to break me free from that which kept me from flying.

“The shell must break before the bird can fly.” – Tennyson

The above quotes motivate me to look for the miracles in my circumstances. The above quotes encourage me to trust a loving God with my will and my life. The above quotes empower me to see what may not look like a miracle, as some thing being used to make my life something beautiful.
