Finding Wholeness in Our Body, Soul and Spirit
Posted by Second Chance to Live on November 8, 2012
In my experience I have found that living life is a mufti-dimensional experience. In my experience, I have found that living as a human being involves functioning in those dimensions. In my experience and through my studies I have found that these dimensions involve my body (the vehicle helps me to experience my world), my soul (who and what makes me uniquely me as an individual) and my spirit (the part of me that enables me to connect to what is not seen). In my experience, I have found that independently these dimensions limit my capacity to live my life, however collectively these dimensions (body, soul and spirit) synergize my capacity to live my life.
Through my experience, I have found that when I am sick in my body, I am not able to accomplish what I want to do with my life. Like wise, in my experience, I have found when I am sick in my soul, my self-esteem, self-worth and self-value all suffer. Furthermore, in my experience I have found that when my spirit is sick I am unable to connect with the Source that gives me the ability to live beyond my body and soul’s capacity to perceive and comprehend. Consequently, with these awareness’s I have grown in my ability to recognize and address matters that interfere with the health and wholeness of my body, soul and spirit as I live my life.
I gained these awareness’ through my process and my journey as I share in my series, My Journey thus Far. During the course of the past 25 + years I have grown in my awareness and acceptance of what created sickness and disease in my body, soul and spirit. My awareness and acceptance has helped me to find a new freedom and given me the ability to experience my life in a whole new way. My awareness and acceptance has taught me how to trust. During the course of the past 70 months I have sought to share to these awareness’ and the subsequent acceptance that I have gained through articles and presentations created for Second Chance to Live.
The ongoing awareness and acceptance has encouraged, motivated and empowered my ability to take necessary action steps to follow my dreams, find my bliss and pursue my purpose. Although I spent many years of my life feeling like some one all dressed up with no where to go, during the past 70 months I have been able to change the course of my life to follow my bliss, my dreams and my destiny. During the past 70 months I have written 995 articles and created 100 video presentations to share what I discovered as I grew in my awareness and acceptance. Note:
In my experience, I have found that if nothing changes it remains the same. I have also found that I do myself justice by working on one issue at a time. By working on one issue at a time, I am able to manage the anxiety that seems to come with any change. By working on one issue –involving my body, soul or spirit – I am able to keep myself from being overwhelmed. By working on one issue – my body, soul or spirit – I am able to celebrate the gains and some times small success’ that I make through making those changes in my life. By working on one issue at a time, I am able to see my experience as a process and a journey, not as a destination.
