How to Stop Over Reacting Video Presentation

Posted by Second Chance to Live on June 18, 2013

Hello and welcome back to Second Chance to Live my friend. You are always welcome around my table. In today’s article I am going to be introducing the video presentation of the article that I wrote several days ago: How to Stop Over Reacting.

Below is a brief excerpt of the article:

“Yesterday I attended a meeting. During that meeting, as I listened I heard some one share something that got me to thinking. Several years ago, a friend of mine made an amends to me. He told me that he spewed vitriol on me because I pricked his balloon. He went on to explain what I already understood.

In the process of making an amends to me, my friend shared that although I may have done or said some thing that added to his frustrations – at the time – he was sorry for unloading all of his pent up frustrations and unresolved feeling on me at the time.”
